Born on March 24, 1991, Alex Anctil (Ezaze) grew up in Windsor, a very small town in Nova Scotia. Growing up here he had difficulty staying out of trouble in school and through various other parts of life. By being difficult with teachers, fighting, hooking off and "indulging in some of the finer parts of life", he spent some time getting suspended, which eventually lead to expulsion.

 Ezaze started writing lyrics and making music with some friends in the local Halifax rap scene. He eventually switched his attention to the local rap battle circuits and started his battle career with"On The Spot". After a good run in battle rap Ezaze has decided to refocus his attention in the music world teaming up with Manifest Music Circle and plans on releasing his first project this year.
